Xingwenyan pointed to a treasure chest not far away.
“Look, isn’t that a Star Jade over there? Once we deal with these people, we’ll open that treasure chest.”
March Seven agreed immediately. It seemed there were quite a few Beloberg treasure chests; March Seven had spotted several ordinary ones nearby.
Without Jepard’s shield, the Silver Mane Iron Guards present were quickly defeated by Dan Heng.
March Seven looked at Jepard and sighed helplessly.
“Why won’t he listen? We are definitely not on the same side as that guy.”
Xing patted March Seven on the shoulder.
“March, show him the photo. Didn’t you take pictures of their planet?”
March Seven remembered Xing’s reminder and took out the photo to show Jepard.
After seeing the photo, Jepard finally believed that March Seven and the others were not allied with that Sambo.
Jepard vaguely recalled that books recorded that before the cold wave descended, there were often visitors from beyond the stars.
He never expected that after so many years, extraterrestrial visitors would arrive again.
This matter was no longer within his control.
After some thought, Jepard decided to take a few people to meet the Great Guardian.

…

Inside Beloberg,
Ye Yun had captured a local to guide him.
“Friend, we agreed that once we reached Beloberg, you’d let me go.”
In a small alley, the local Sambo was talking to Ye Yun.
Sambo had originally planned to return and prepare for the next scene in his script.
Unexpectedly, he was caught halfway and forced to be a tour guide.
The main reason was the other party was very strong, especially the talking deer, who seemed to have near-Commander-level power.
Ye Yun pressed on,
“Hurry up, take me to the Lower City.”
The Upper City was dull now; with Cocoria in power, she might find an excuse to arrest him if she saw him.
Though Ye Yun wasn’t afraid of Cocoria or Star Core, it would still be troublesome.
Better to go to the Lower City first and have some fun.
Sambo pleaded bitterly,
“Dear sir, the Lower City’s entrance is sealed off. I really can’t take you down there.”
Ye Yun kicked Sambo’s backside.
“Hurry up. Don’t you have a secret passage? Take me through that.”
Sambo’s eyes widened in shock. What the hell! How did this guy know about his secret passage?
This person should be here in Beloberg for the first time, right? How could he be so familiar with him? Could he be an old friend from the tavern? No, that couldn’t be—it didn’t seem like he had the Destiny of Joy.

Never mind, better take this guy down first or else Sambo’s backside would get kicked again.
Sambo hurriedly led Ye Yun to his secret tunnel.
Following the tunnel, Ye Yun successfully arrived at the Lower City.
The pungent smell of coal slag and ore dust filled the air, causing Ye Yun to frown.
The Lower City in reality was truly awful—slag and discarded tools littered everywhere.
Ye Yun turned around, about to ask Sambo to take him to Natasha, only to find Sambo had slipped away quietly.
This was troublesome. Ye Yun had planned to find Natasha to do some business.
As the leader of “Earthfire,” Natasha managed all the supplies in Pan Rock Town.
Surely, as Natasha, she would easily gather enough Star Jade.
Left with no choice, Ye Yun began asking around while heading to Natasha’s clinic.
While walking,
Suddenly Ye Yun felt a sharp pain in his kidney, like being hit by a heavy object.
“Ouch!”
A cry came from behind. Ye Yun turned to see a little girl with short golden hair sitting on the ground, holding her forehead.
Ye Yun immediately recognized the little girl—it was none other than the Dark Tiger Hook!
Ye Yun helped her up.
“You alright, Hook?”
Hook shook her head.
“I’m fine.”
She looked up at Ye Yun.
“Who are you? How do you know my name?”
Ye Yun smiled.
“Of course I know you—the famous Dark Tiger Hook, known far and wide.”
Hook was suddenly flattered by Ye Yun’s praise, feeling quite proud.
“Hmph! Naturally. I am the Dark Tiger Hook! You have good eyes to recognize me at once, heh heh.” Hook acted like a little dignitary and patted Ye Yun’s thigh with satisfaction.
Why the thigh? That goes without saying—it’s the highest place the Dark Tiger Hook could reach.
Hook looked at Ye Yun.
“What’s your name? I don’t know your name yet.”
Ye Yun replied,
“My name is Ye Yun.”
Then Ye Yun asked,
“Do you know where Natasha is, Dark Tiger Hook?”
At the mention of Natasha’s name, Hook’s body trembled reflexively.

“Old! Old witch!”
Ye Yun couldn’t help but sigh—Hook was truly afraid of Natasha, just hearing the name was enough to scare her.
“Yes, do you know where Natasha is? I need to see her.”
Hook sized Ye Yun up, her big eyes scanning him to judge if he was a good or bad person.
Though the old witch was fierce, she treated Hook well; she couldn’t just take strangers to her.
Seeing this, Ye Yun took out a pack of rainbow candies and offered them to Hook.
“If the famous Dark Tiger Hook takes me to Natasha, these candies are yours.”
Ye Yun could only resort to the power of food temptation. For children, candy solved many problems.
Hook looked curiously at the rainbow candies in Ye Yun’s hand.
“Candy? I thought it was different.”
Ye Yun opened the package and handed her one.
“Mine is candy too. Try the taste.”
Hook eyed the bright red candy, her resistance fading.
“Well… then I’ll try it.”
She took the candy and popped it into her mouth.
The moment the candy melted, the sweetness mixed with a hint of sourness brought an expression of delight to Hook’s face.
“Mmm~ delicious!”
Ye Yun waved the candies in hand.
“So? Will you take me? Don’t worry, I’m here to do business with Natasha, I won’t hurt her.”
Hook hesitated a bit—Ye Yun was a stranger.
But… but… the candy was so good~
In the end,
Hook couldn’t resist the demon’s temptation (the candy’s lure).
Happily clutching a big pack of rainbow candies, Hook led Ye Yun to find Natasha.
Along the way, Hook held the candies tightly, running a few steps before checking again, afraid even a single candy might fall.
Seeing this, Ye Yun smiled helplessly and opened the system store, searched around, and spent one star coin to buy a little panda backpack as a gift for Hook.
“Wow! This bag is so cute! Is it really for me, Hook?” Hook’s eyes sparkled as she looked at the small panda backpack.
Ye Yun took the big pack of rainbow candies from Hook and stuffed them into the backpack.
“Yes, it’s for you. Wear it so you don’t have to worry about dropping the candies.”
Ye Yun helped Hook put on the backpack.
Hook swayed the backpack happily, overjoyed beyond measure.
